Game On does not currently use this website to sell retail products or collect payment-card information.

3. DEALERSHIP-PROVIDED CUSTOMER RECORDS

When a dealership engages Game On, the dealership may provide customer contact records, working leads or other campaign information required to perform the agreed event services.

The dealership is responsible for confirming that it has the legal authority, appropriate consent or other lawful basis to provide and use those records for the agreed campaign.

Game On uses dealership-provided customer information only:

• To perform the agreed customer-outreach and event services.
• To contact customers on the dealership’s behalf.
• To develop, confirm or manage appointments.
• To record campaign responses and event activity.
• To report results to the dealership.
• For other purposes specifically authorized by the dealership or required by law.

Game On does not independently add dealership customer records to its own marketing list unless the individual has separately consented.

Game On does not sell dealership customer lists.
